A-B Files Suit Against InBev

Anheuser-Busch has filed a lawsuit against InBev claiming the rival's takeover bid is an "illegal scheme" that will put the American company's shareholders at risk. The suit claims, among other things, that InBev does not have the financing to make the deal.
