Popular books such as Catherine Price's hot-selling "How to Break Up With Your Phone"  and a recently-released study from Penn State that drew connections between social media usage by adolescents and depression warn consumers about the dangers of excessive mobile usage. With Apple, Adroid, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube all issuing apps that allow users to track how much time they're spending on their phones, marketers might wonder if mobile is nearing a saturation point with consumers.
