A four-day week works for employers and employees in Iceland

Large-scale trials of four-day workweeks in Iceland were called an "overwhelming success" by researchers who recorded increased productivity and job satisfaction among workers participating in the tests. The trials tracked 2,500 workers over a four-year period.
