A Teamsters strike at UPS would disrupt retailer's fulfillment plans

UPS workers have authorized a strike against the delivery service if negotiations between the Teamsters and the company fail to produce a deal on a new five-year labor contract. Workers are seeking better working conditions and a more significant cut of the company's profits. UPS's profits have risen $11.5 billion since the company and Teamsters worked out their last five-year deal.
