IKEA is set to open a mixed-use center in downtown San Francisco on August 23, becoming the first retailer to open within the Ingka Centres’ building. The new IKEA store will showcase its urban living concepts across three levels and offer 27 fully furnished room settings. In addition to retail space, the meeting place will feature a flexible co-working space called Hej!Workshop in partnership with Industrious, a food hall, two delis, and a multipurpose space, aiming to contribute to the revitalization of downtown San Francisco.
