Alabama Pharmacist Stimulates Local Economy

Danny Cottrell gave each of his full-time employees $700 ($16,000 in total of his own money) in $2 bills and told them to go out and spend it. His only stipulations were that they had to donate 15 percent to a charity and spend the rest locally. So far 65 merchants in the area have taken in the $2 bills.
