Alibaba agrees to joint venture with world's biggest airport retailer

Alibaba has agreed to form a joint venture with Dufry, the largest airport retailer in the world. The Chinese retailing giant will acquire an equity stake in Dufry between 8.5 percent and 9.9 percent as part of the deal.
