AMA Pushes to Cut Salt Consumption in Half

In addition to backing a campaign driving for a reduction by half of the amount of salt used by restaurants and processed food manufacturers, the American Medical Association urged the FDA to revoke its ruling that allows for the unregulated use of sodium.
