Amazon begins charging for some returns made to the UPS Store

Amazon.com is charging $1.50 per return to the UPS Store when a Whole Foods, Kohl's or Amazon Fresh location is closer, according to The Information. The charges are being applied to returns made for reasons including a "change of mind" and an "accidental order."
