Amazon Has Deep Bench of Defense Lawyers To Fight US FTC Lawsuit

Amazon is gearing up to defend itself against the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) monopoly lawsuit, which alleges antitrust and consumer protection violations. The company has enlisted a team of experienced defense lawyers, including Kevin Hodges from Williams & Connolly, known for its litigation focus. Amazon's General Counsel, David Zapolsky, can also draw on top outside law firms like Covington & Burling and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison to navigate the legal challenges ahead in the FTC case and other ongoing matters.
