Amazon Plans to Hire Thousands of Full-Time Staff

Amazon.com is looking to add more than 5,000 new full-time jobs at 17 of its fulfillment centers across the U.S. The e-tailer claims to pay higher wages and offer superior benefits — including stock grants — than those typically paid in retailing.
