Amazon Prime's two-day shipping ain't exactly that this time of year

Amazon Prime members have been lodging complaints that items labeled as Prime don't always meet the 2-day shipping promise, at least as customers understand it. The problem is getting more focus in the final days before Christmas. "Hunting through the stacks of items for that reliable 'Prime' logo, I was shocked by how many items won’t arrive in time for the holiday, let alone in the promised 48-hour window," writes Fast Company columnist Mark Wilson.
