Amazon still hasn't set firm date for Prime Day 2020

Amazon.com has not formally set a new date for this year's Prime Day event, which typically takes place in July. The e-tailing giant has told third-party sellers on its marketplace to pencil in Oct. 5 as a "placeholder date" for Prime Day.
