American Apparel says former CEO interfering with reorg

Counsel for Standard General told a bankruptcy court judge on Friday that Dov Charney, the former CEO of American Apparel, is having improper contact with company employees and that his activities could undermine the company's attempt to reorganize under Chapter 11 protection.
