Americans are moving back to cities as pandemic panic subsides

Americans who fled cities when the number of COVID-19 cases spiked during the worst of the pandemic are now moving back as the threat subsides. Growing demand for living space in cities has led to an increase in rents with prices for apartments up 7.5 precent so far in 2021.
