Americans Have a Serious Weight Problem

The percentage of obese adults in the U.S. increased from 24 percent in 2005 to 25.6 percent last year. The highest rates of obesity in the nation are in Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee. Colorado had the lowest number of obese adults.
