Anheuser-Busch InBev reaches deal with SABMiller

The merger of the beer giants will cost Anheuser-Busch InBev $107 billion in cash. Anheuser-Busch InBev plans to sell SABMiller's 58 percent share in MillerCoors to Molson Coors for $12 billion in an effort to appease regulators.
