Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters Sue Wal-Mart

Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters are sueing Wal-Mart for allegedly engaging in copyright infringement, deceptive trade practices and unfair competition. The companies claim Wal-Mart used Anthropologie’s fabrics in producing some of its clothing line.
