Apple and Lowe's say NC anti-LGBT law is bad for business

A new law passed by the North Carolina legislature and signed by the Gov. Pat McCrory invalidates a local ordinance in Charlotte that prohibited businesses from discriminating against individuals based on gender identity or sexual orientation.
