Apple Claims Antitrust Monitor is Biased

Apple has asked a U.S. District Court judge to remove Michael Bromwich from serving as a compliance monitor in its e-book price fixing case. The company claims Mr. Bromwich has a personal bias against Apple that has led him to overstep his mandate in the case.
