Asian chain looks to emulate Chipotle's success

Bibibop Asian Grill specializes in Korean-inspired cuisine and uses a Chipotle-like assembly line to serve customers. The fast-casual concept, which first opened in 2013, is looking to add 20 new locations over the next two years.
