Australia abandons plan to let kids drive forklifts

Australia is facing labor shortages as it seeks to adapt to the affects of the pandemic. The Australian government introduced and then quickly moved away from a proposal that would have allowed people under the age of 18 to get a forklift license. The current age to legally operate a forklift is 18.
