As co-founder and COO of Customer Maps, I bring over 15 years in retail, e-commerce, and digital marketing, having worked for domestic and global brands across a broad range of categories such as sports, fashion, and lifestyle.
My career began with s.Oliver Fashion as a Brand Manager responsible for merchandising planning, marketing, digital campaign, and store operations. In 2010, I moved to Adidas-group India to oversee their digital channel strategy and store activation and have been a part of several trans-continental projects.
In 2018, I joined the Canadian Tire brand Marks while launching my digital marketing and e-commerce service agency, “Customer Maps.” The agency helps e-commerce and retail brands build a strong digital presence that attracts, engages, and converts new and current customers. The agency focuses on fashion, sports, lifestyle, fitness, pet, and home décor segments.
