Avril Lavigne to Rock and Roll Out Line for Kohl's

Kohl's has signed the Canadian rock artist, Avril Lavigne, to develop a new line of juniors apparel and accessories for the retailer. The collection known as Abbey Dawn will be available in the chain's stores and online beginning in July.
