Bartell Drugs' customers aren't thrilled with Rite Aid transition

A recent move to integrate Bartell Drugs' online refill prescription system with Rite Aid's has not gone according to plan, according to customers who have found lines at pharmacies that are also dealing with fewer pharmacists on staff in some locations.
