Based on app downloads, Amazon Alexa sold big

Using Apple's weekly app download metrics as an indicator, it appears likely that Amazon sold a lot of Alexa stocking stuffers this holiday season. Downloads of the app that runs the device topped Apple's list, unseating last week's leader, Disney+ (the company's hot streaming service). Fitbit also seems to have done well as apps for their wearables ranked at number seven on the list.
