Belk, Lids and other retailers face uncertain futures

Retail chains including Belk and Lids have laid off most of their workers as they were forced to close stores with the outbreak of the novel coronavirus. The question is whether they will be able to come back now that states are slowly loosening restrictions on stay-at-home orders.
