Bidding Heats Up for Assets of Bankrupt Owner of P&C Foods

According to the Buffalo News, Tops Markets has made an offer of $90 million for 79 Penn Traffic stores and other assets, challenging a bid of $54 million for 22 stores made earlier last week by Price Chopper.
