BK Franchisees Not Happy with Later Hours

A number of Burger King franchisees have filed suit against the company over its mandate that restaurants stay open to 2 a.m. The disgruntled operators claim the later hours put added strain on the workforce and do not bring in the dollars necessary to justify the expanded schedule.
