Black employee leader says Amazon making changes for the better

Angelina Howard, president of the Black Employee Network (BEN) affinity group at Amazon.com and a senior product manager at the company, said the company has instituted substantive changes in recent months to benefit employees and the wider Black community. “It’s really been a lot of partnership with our leaders to figure out how can we better show up in the community, but also better show up for our employees,” Ms. Howard said.
