Blockbuster Gets Bid, Puts Biz Up for Sale

Blockbuster has entered into an agreement to sell its assets to Cobalt Video Holdco, a limited liability company formed by funds that are secured note holders in the chain. Blockbuster has also filed a motion for authorization to seek other bids for the company.
