Bob Evans Farmhouse Kitchen Expands Menu, Introduces Breakfast Tacos
January 28, 2025
Bob Evans Farmhouse Kitchen is further expanding its menu offerings in 2025. The restaurant will now serve up more deliciousness than ever before, including the debut of breakfast tacos and a new chicken dish.
Per a press release, the new menu additions include the Double Meat Breakfast Tacos and Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders.
The Double Meat Breakfast Tacos Platter includes a trio of soft flour tortillas filled with hard-wood smoked bacon and sausage crumbles. These are topped with cage-free scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and diced tomatoes. All tacos are served with a side of fresh salsa and sour cream and a choice of hashbrowns, home fries, or seasonal fresh fruit.
The Chicken Tenders Platter includes five hand-breaded chicken tenders served with french fries, coleslaw, and freshly baked bread. Customers can choose from dipping sauce options like Buffalo, Honey Mustard, Ranch, Bob Evans Wildfire BBQ, Wildfire Ranch, or Black Pepper Maple Honey. For those with smaller appetites or who want to share with others, there’s also a Chicken Tenders Appetizer, which consists of four chicken tenders served with ranch and buffalo sauce.
“At Bob Evans, we believe gathering around the table to enjoy comforting meals and each other’s company is the recipe for success,” said Mickey Mills, CEO of Bob Evans Restaurants. “With the launch of our new menu items and the expanded focus on catering meals, we’ve created even more ways for guests to enjoy our farm-fresh recipes this season — whether in our restaurants or at their table at home.”
As of Jan. 23, guests can now find the new menu items at all locations. But there are more ways to enjoy these new meals, including the chance to share them with friends and family.
Bob Evans Also Offers Family Meals
Bob Evans Farmhouse Kitchen also offers the opportunity for customers to purchase these delicious new menu items as catering options. The restaurant offers platters that serve up to six people and start at a price point of just $4.29 per person. For parties of up to 10, the price jumps just 20 cents to $4.49 per person.
To wash down these meals, Bob Evans customers can add the new Caramel Mocha Cold Brew to their orders. It features a blend of cold brew, chocolate milk, and caramel finished with whipped topping, caramel, and chocolate sauces.
Bob Holtcamp, president and chief marketing officer of Bob Evans Restaurants, said of the new menu additions, “We’ve put a streamlined focus into creating not only delicious dishes but ones that highlight fresh, high-quality ingredients. From our new breakfast tacos with cage-free eggs to the expansion of our famous hand-breaded chicken recipe now for our tenders, guests can truly taste the freshness in each offering.”
