Bon-Ton Buying Chains from Saks

The Wall Street Journal reported that the department store chain, Bon-Ton, has agreed to acquire Carson, Pirie Scott, Bergner's, Boston Store, Younkers and Herberger's from Saks Inc. for $1.1 billion.
