Boscov’s Finds a Bidder

Boscov’s is seeking approval from a U.S. Bankruptcy Court to auction off its assets and designate Versa Capital Management as the first bidder for the department store chain. Versa has offered to assume Boscov’s debt and pay $11 million to acquire the business.
