Brewpubs serve coffee by morning and beer by night

Biggerstaff Brewing Co. planned to use coffee as an ingredient in some of its brews. Its owners then decided that maybe there was a bigger opportunity, so the business began serving coffee early in the morning when people aren't drinking beer. “If you’re paying rent, why not have something in-house that makes money during the day, not just at night like most brewpubs?” said Sarah Davies, co-owner of the brew pub.
