British court dismisses AutoStore’s patent infringement suit against Ocado

A British court ruled that Ocado did not infringe on two of AutoStore’s warehouse technology patents. AutoStore initially claimed in 2020 that Ocado infringed on six patents. Four of those were invalidated or withdrawn before the London case. “Our fulfillment centres can freely operate in light of this judgment,” said an Ocado spokesperson.
