Burger King Is Selling Cheeseburgers for $1 & Breakfast Sandwiches for 1 Penny This Week

Burger King knows its customers are feeling the strain of a tough economy, so it’s stepping up with a deal that’s hard to beat — cheeseburgers for just $1 and breakfast sandwiches for only a penny.

Allrecipes reports that from Jan. 27 to Feb. 2, the chain is running a $1 Cheeseburger Week deal. Royal Perks members can get a traditional cheeseburger for $1 using the chain’s app, and Walmart+ members had early access to the deal on Jan. 26.

Burger King is also reintroducing its 1-cent Croissan’wich promotion on Jan. 30 in honor of National Croissant Day. Royal Perks members can buy a Croissan’wich for a penny using the BK app when they spend $1 or more.

Burger King Has Other Deals, and So Does Taco Bell

For those who aren’t into cheeseburgers or Croissan’wichs, the fast-food chain is offering other deals for its inflation-weary customers, including a 2 for $5 and 3 for $7 deal.

Customers can combine two or more of the following menu items: Whopper Junior, Original Chicken Sandwich, bacon cheeseburger, medium fries, eight-piece chicken fries, and a medium soft drink. Guests may even select two or three of the same item. The promotion is only valid through April. It is not eligible for delivery, and size upgrades are additional.

The new Duo and Trio meal choices follow Burger King’s “31 Days of Deals” promotion, which ended in December 2024.

Burger King is not the only fast-food chain to give its customers a bargain. Taco Bell introduced new $5, $7, and $9 value options to its menu earlier this month.

The new $5, $7, and $9 Luxe Cravings Boxes expand Taco Bell’s already excellent value offerings. The chain’s mission is to provide every fan with more flavor, options, and value, and the new Luxe Cravings Boxes will be available from Jan. 16 to early June.

According to PEOPLE, the boxes are as follows:

• $5 Classic Luxe Cravings Box: Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, Crunchy Taco, Cinnamon Twists, and a medium fountain drink.
• $7 Supreme Luxe Cravings Box: Chicken Chalupa Supreme, Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, Crunchy Taco, Chips & Nacho Cheese Sauce, and a medium fountain drink.
• $9 Discovery Luxe Cravings Box: One of Taco Bell’s most recent menu item innovations (rotating regularly), Doritos Locos Tacos, Crunchy Taco, Cinnamon Twists, and a medium fountain drink.
