Burkle Takes Barnes & Noble to Court

Ron Burkle is looking to get Barnes & Noble's poison pill provision thrown out so he can up his investment in the chain and gain seats on the company board. Mr. Burkle's Yucaipa Cos. is the largest outside shareholder of the chain's stock.
