C&S Subject of Class Action Suit

Three former and one current worker at C&S Wholesale Grocers charge the company violated federal and state laws by cutting their pay as a punitive measure for mistakes on the job. The company is also accused of not paying overtime and forcing employees to work off-the-clock.
