C-stores gain cred as American food destinations

Chains like Wawa and Sheetz in the northeast, Casey's and Kwik Trip in the midwest and Buc-ee's and Maverik out west are on-trend with consumers who want snacks and decent meal solutions in four minutes or less. And they're prospering at the expense of fast casual and fast food restaurants.
