California Sues Retailers Over Lead

The California State Attorney General's office has filed a lawsuit claiming 13 retailers failed to warn consumers about lead in some jewelry products. Among those named were Macy's, Target, Wal-Mart, Kmart, J.C. Penney, Mervyn's, Nordstrom, Ross, Sears, Express, Claire's, Toys "R" Us and Burlington Coat Factory.
