Candy brands urged to reduce lead and cadmium in dark chocolate

Consumer Reports has called on Hershey, Mondelez, Theo Chocolate and Trader Joe's to reduce the amount of lead and cadmium in their dark chocolate products. Long-term exposure to these metals can cause immune system suppression, kidney damage and nervous system issues.
