Casey's General Stores selling stores to address FTC's antitrust concerns

Casey's General Stores has agreed to sell six of its gas stations to settle a Federal Trade Commission complaint that the convenience store retailer's proposed acquisition of the Bucky's Convenience Stores chain would increase its monopoly power in parts of Iowa and Nebraska.
