Century 21 is back

Century 21 closed all its stores after declaring bankruptcy in 2020. The discount retailer of designer labels is back with a new four-story store in Lower Manhattan. The store's point-of-sale system crashed due to the crush of shoppers during Tuesday's grand opening.
