Chicago Instacart worker says job lost him 300 pounds

Antonio Martinez’s weight at one point, when he had an office-based job, exceeded 400 pounds, fueled by an unhealthy diet and too little exercise. Mr. Martinez challenged himself with the physical demands of delivering groceries with Instacart. Climbing stairs and hauling packages helped, but he also credits learning about healthier food choices from observing what his more fit customers ordered.
