Chick-fil-A named America's top fast food chain, McD's is the worst

Chick-fil-A was once again topped the American Customer Satisfaction Index's list of fast food restaurants. It marks the seventh consecutive year that consumers have placed the chain as number one on the list. McDonald's was the lowest rated chain.
