China Gets Warning From Evans

Outgoing Commerce Secretary Don Evans is aware that many Americans are uncomfortable with the country's trade relations with China. He warned the communist government in Beijing that its trade policies, subsidies to exporters and restrictions in its own market give ammunition to those opposed to increased trade between the two nations.
