Chipotle rolls out plant-based chorizo for a limited time

Chipotle Mexican Grill has added plant-based chorizo and new lifestyle bowls to its menu. The chain tested the chorizo last August in Denver and Indianapolis before making the decision to roll it out nationally on a limited time basis.
