Clothing retailers are cutting factory orders

Clothing retailers in the U.S. and Europe are cutting back on the orders as many held over inventory from last spring and summer. Primark, for example, held $205 million of goods from the spring/summer season and between $168 billion and $192 billion from the fall/winter.
