Companies push office workers to return to their desks

A growing number of companies want their workers back in their offices full time, but many employees are reluctant to comply. "There’s a little bit of a tug of war going on right now,” said David Garfield, global head of industries at AlixPartners. “Employers are not having an easy time of it.”
